The house is in the middle of Germany, but still far away from stress and the hecticness of everyday life. The accommodation is in a little village with about 100 inhabitants in the Hessisches Bergland near Spangenberg.
The house was renovated in 2015 and provides 140m² of space for up to ten people. The holiday house has three bedrooms each furnished with a double bed and one bedroom with two to four beds, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. The ground floor comprises the kitchen, dining room, living room and a large balcony, along with the large bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a large shower. The upper floor has a small bathroom with a shower and WC and the four bedrooms. The red bedroom has a water bed (180 x 200cm hardside) and a washbasin and mirror. The orange room is furnished with a double bed (190 x 200cm). The yellow room has a further large double bed (200 x 200cm) and a desk, while the fourth bedroom, also with a washbasin, has single beds (90 x 200cm). One or two children’s beds can be provided free of charge on request. The house has oil central heating, with one or two radiators in each room.
The house features a large balcony, inviting you to relax. There is a playground behind the house. The parking space is right by the house in the courtyard.
Pets are welcome, also large animals such as horses on request. Cattle are kept on the farm. Horses can be kept in the open stables with a paddock right on site, or on the large paddock on the meadow in summer. If you are interested in bringing a horse, please request prices, which depend on customer requirements.
Many historical timber-framed towns such as Spangenberg, Homberg, Melsungen, Fritzlar, Borken, Bad Hersfeld, Alsfeld or Rotenburg/F. are worth a visit. There are shops in Spangenberg 9km away.
