The holiday home "Gravijo" is located in a holiday home complex on Lake Dümmer in Mecklenburg. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place for you. The complex is idyllically situated in a nature reserve, conveniently located approx. 18 km from the state capital Schwerin and approx. 15 km from the motorway junction Wittenburg (A24).
There are numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.
It is fenced in and secured by an electrically operated gate. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the lake. The path from the house to the lake (bathing area/lawn with sandy beach) is only 60 metres. The boat and fishing jetties are also located there. The 7 km long lake is a great spot for anglers and due to the good water quality also a great bathing lake, even for the youngest guests.
The holiday home was rebuilt in 2005 and renovated inside from 2016 to 2018 and offers 55 square metres of living space for up to 4 people. (6 sleeping places)
Holidays and relaxation begin with the view of the lake. The approx. 27 square metre wooden terrace is equipped with a beach chair and seating area. A second stone terrace with pavilion is located behind the house. There is also a carport, an outdoor fireplace, a fire basket, a children's pool and a large sun lounger on the property.
The furnishings of the house leave little to be desired, whether toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave or other electrical appliances.
The living room has a sofa bed and invites you to linger with a TV. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the other with a 160 cm wide day bed in the conservatory room. Modern shower room with window incl. hairdryer available.
