To the centre of (600 m) Maria Alm and to the ski lifts (400 m) to the Hochkönig region (120 km of slopes) you can reach in about 10 minutes on foot (ski school, rental, shops, restaurants). The well-known and year-round open glacier skiing area Kitzsteinhorn can be reached by car in about 20km. A bus stop is located in about 170 m distance. The Tauern Cycle Path leads directly past the farm. In the summer you can also enjoy a free open-air swimming pool (in the Sommerstein adventure pool), daily guided hikes are offered.
