Positive: Everything was just as needed. Careful though with the terrace doors - we got locked out in the middle of the night. As we didn’t have our phones on us, the police had to rescue us. A neighbour had heard our pleas for help. Staff helped us warm up with hot tea and cookies as soon as they realised what had happened.

Negative: Terrace door handles 😂
