The house is located in the popular district of Dottendorf and is 190 m² in size, just a few minutes from an Italian restaurant, a beautiful forest, public transport and an ice cream parlor.
We have created a small natural paradise here with a pretty garden with a sandpit, swings, trampoline and fruit to harvest yourself.
Our home has many rooms and enough space for time together, but also enough opportunities to retreat.
We live on 2 floors connected by a staircase.

We love light and have many floor-to-ceiling windows :) that provide a view of our lovingly landscaped garden. Our house is comfortably furnished, has a wooden parquet floor with underfloor heating, extra thick fluffy carpets on the upper floors. Our furniture has been selected after a long search and is not only functional, but simply beautiful.
We have a large open kitchen with an adjoining living room. There you will find everything you need to make yourself comfortable and prepare delicious meals.
When the weather is nice, you can use the terrace and our beloved garden furniture - you are sitting in the middle of the garden, surrounded by beautiful trees and plants. The children can jump extensively on the trampoline, swing, dig in the sandbox or use the tree house.
