The former Wagenschmiede was completely renovated in 2017 and is now available as a holiday bungalow with high quality and comfortable equipment.
At the foot of the famous Abbey Andechs and above the village of Erling, the holiday region offers peace and relaxation.
The monastery itself can be reached in 15 minutes on foot and can thus benefit from a relaxing visit to the monastery church or the Bräustüberl. Also a supermarket with own bakery, as well as a pharmacy and a bank are within walking distance in a few minutes.
The Ammersee is only 5 km away and the other 4 lakes of the Fünf-Seenland can be reached within a maximum of 20 minutes by car or on a nice bike tour.
The bungalow:
The living space of the bungalow is 55.5 sqm and is equipped with oak parquet.
Through the entrance you enter a modern white kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, water cooker, fridge with small freezer and microwave. Everything you need for the preparation of a delicious meal or breakfast on holiday is available: dishes, cutlery, wine, beer and water glasses, cooking pots and pans, French-Press coffee machine, teapot and many more. Also the wooden dining table is in the kitchen.
From the kitchen you arrive to the left into the bedroom with a 160x200cm bed with two 80x200cm mattresses of the brand BODYGUARD®. The mattress from high-quality QXSchaum® has been rated 1.8 with Stiftung Warentest and is therefore the best ever tested mattress. On request, you can choose between two different coats. So should your restful sleep nothing stand in the way. The bedroom is also equipped with a TV with satellite connection and a built-in wardrobe.
From the bedroom you have direct access to bathroom 1 with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. One hand and shower towel per guest in fluffy quality is available for you.
To the right of the kitchen you enter the living room with comfortable sofa and large TV with satellite connection. The sofa can be turned into a comfortable bed with 160x200 cm cold foam mattress. This results in two additional sleeping places in the bungalow.
The living / bedroom also leads directly into a bathroom: bathroom II also with sink, toilet, level shower and a hand- and shower towel per guest in fluffy quality. This room is also equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
A small staircase leads to the terrace with wooden floor, a table and chairs made of teak and a parasol. From the terrace you have a view of the village of Erling with church and maibaum.
