Negative: The property was very comfortable and spacious. However, it lacked maintenance and quality of service. It was listed as having a microwave, but there wasn't one. It had an oven, but there wasn't even a tray to cook or heat food. Most of the electrical outlets were broken. The bedside lamp in the bedroom couldn't be plugged in because the cord was too short. There was a washing machine, but there wasn't a single laundry tablet. The very large living room could only be lit by a floor lamp, leaving it almost completely dark. The toilet seat was broken. The towels were old, small, and smelly. We notified the owner, but he didn't address any of the issues. He recommended washing them again, which meant doing his job, since he handed them over in that condition.

Summary: Spacious apartment but with very low maintenance
