This is a charming, sunny and comfortable, 90 m2, Altbau apartment in Berlin Mitte
close to Weinbergsweg park between Brunnenviertel & the Kollwitz Kiez. bordering Prenzlauerberg.
The apartment's living room, dining area and main bedroom is flooded with morning light to the front,
the back of the apartment is flooded with afternoon light on sunny days.
The apartment stays relatively cool during hot summer days,
on regular warm days I recommend opening front & back room windows
for a lovely breeze. Each room has a heater for colder winter days and a

The kitchen is a comfortable medium size eat-in kitchen with a small table and two chairs and updated appliances.
It is along the hallway to the other half of the apartment.
The smaller bedroom is to the back with a large window opening to the courtyard, which has an advantage as it is quiet.
It also has a queen sized bed, a chest of drawers, a closet for your use, a chair, two lamps and overhead lighting.
The apartment is not luxurious but it is comfortable with all the modern amenities one comes to expect.
