Unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains are guaranteed. The outdoor swimming pool, bicycle and e-bike rentals, restaurants, bars, and shops are all within easy walking distance along the promenade. Far removed from traffic! A spacious, private, and covered parking area, as well as a cozy, quiet, and secluded terrace, complete the package. The house features two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, one separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very spacious living room that can also be converted into two single bedrooms or one double bedroom.
