Beautiful, elegant 3 room penthouse apartment, 2 bedrooms with quiet terrace to the garden, in 9th district. 15 minute walk to the Imperial Palace and Opera and nevertheless absolutely quiet. The tram "D" stops 200 meters from our house, station "Bauernfeldplatz" and you can without transfers from and to the train station and in the immediate city driving. they reach the metro in 5 minutes. A really good tip is the "Stomach" in Seegasse, Wednesday-Sunday, only Sat / Sun also open for lunch. You can have breakfast in the very nice "Liechtenstein 42" on Bauernfeldplatz. A good Pizzeria's Müllnergasse "Scala" in Servitengasse or Mar et Sol - within walking distance all within a few minutes.

Zimmermann (Nobelheuriger), Mayer am Pfarrplatz, courage, Welser (with music) and fire Wagner.
10 minutes away you can visit the Sigmund Freud Museum in Berggasse or 3 minutes, the beautiful Palais Liechtenstein with its beautiful park. For guided tours inside there are special opening times. Opposite is the famous Strudelhofstiege.
