Ein Bolzplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein im Dachgeschoss eingerichteter Freizeitraum mit Kicker, Leseecke, Tischtennisplatte und vielen weiteren Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für groß und klein. Die Ferienwohnung und der Freizeitraum befinden sich im allein stehenden ehemaligen Austragshaus von 1890. Die neu ausgebaute Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist komplett barrierefrei.
