The small (24 square meters) apartment for two people in the main house has a living room with two single beds (can be put together), satellite TV and small dining table, mini kitchen (electric plates, fridge) in the spacious hallway and bathroom with shower / WC.
Only approx. 100 m away from the Kleine Pälitzsee with bathing beach, jetty, boat rental and kiosk, there are three friendly furnished apartments in the house as well as in an extension on the residential property of the landlord. Renovated in the years 2013 to 2016 apartments of different sizes can accommodate a total of up to 10 people. The two apartments in the house are located on the first floor next to each other and can be reached via a common (but separate from the landlord) stairwell, the apartment in the annex leads to a separate staircase. In the lovingly landscaped courtyard (smoking is allowed here) of approximately 800 square meters, fenced plot are available to all guests ample seating and barbecue facilities, a covered terrace and a rustic party room. For all apartments there are parking spaces, a storage room for bicycles and free Wi-Fi. From the back of the property a path leads directly to the lake. The exact features of the apartments, please refer to the respective room description. The total price includes the final cleaning, water consumption, electricity costs (except apartment SEE 9343). Bed linen and towels are please bring your own or can be rented for a fee (10 EUR / linen package). Specify rental request at the time of booking.
