You can spend relaxing days on the balcony and in the garden. The apartment is attractively located on the outskirts of Osterzell in rural Ostallgäu.

Osterzell is located in the rural Alpine foothills of the Ostallgau near Kaufbeuren, Landsberg, Schongau and offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling and relaxing holidays. There is a direct connection to the Ostallgäu and Pfaffenwinkl cycle path network via the Allgäu cycle path, 200 m away. Osterzell is very centrally located for activities in Swabia and Upper Bavaria.

In the beautiful, original landscape of the Kaltental, nature invites you to let go and refuel. The secure, yet extensive landscape in which the place is embedded has a balancing effect on body and mind. The shielding of the valley, which has not yet been recorded by tourism, promises an atmosphere of calm and serenity despite its natural liveliness. If you love seclusion and would still like to go on holiday to the leisure and cultural offer in the Allgäu, you will feel in good hands in our apartment.
Hiking and cycling holidays: The rural Ostallgäu invites you to hike in original and natural surroundings. Many hiking trails are signposted around Osterzell. You can hike some directly from our apartment.
Our apartment is only 200 m from the Allgäu bike path. They have a direct connection to the Ostallgäu, Auerbergland, Pfaffenwinkel and the Romantic Road cycle path.
