Bright, very friendly, newly renovated apartment for 2 persons with stunning sea views and balcony in a very quiet location, right on the broad south beach and marina of castle with its own car parking space.

Enjoy in a very quiet location, but only a few minutes from the wide south beach and the marina, the magnificent sea view from the balcony of our beautiful 34 sqm apartment. It is located in the 2nd. Floor of an apartment complex with spacious green area and is easily accessible by elevator.
Also safe for children, you come in just a few minutes to the wide sandy beach, the marina and the beautiful promenade. The indoor pool Fehmare with its spa, playgrounds and a small, nice shopping arcade with restaurants are located here.
For a larger shopping spree, many different indoor and outdoor recreational opportunities and for culinary delights, the beautiful old town of Burg - also easy to reach on foot along the lake - everything for an unforgettable holiday.
And a day trip by ferry to Denmark to eat cake is always worth it!

In the spacious, bright living room and bedroom is a double bed (with sea view), a spacious wardrobe, a comfortable pull-out sofa bed and a cozy dining area for 2 people. In addition to the wonderful sea views are of course TV, DVD and radio available.
On the south balcony you can have breakfast at the table with 2 people extensively (2 more folding chairs are in the living room) or let it go really well on the lounger.
In the entrance area is a well-equipped, small kitchenette with stove, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course all cooking utensils and dishes.
The modern shower room with sunken shower and hair dryer offers everything for the Aufhübschzone.
The apartment was renovated this summer and equipped with tiles and laminate flooring allergy-friendly. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
The lovingly selected equipment and the bright, light-flooded room give this apartment its very special charm and invite even in bad weather young and old to stay.

Beach, harbor, playgrounds, indoor swimming pool, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the town of Burg is 4km away and also easily accessible by bike or on foot on a beautiful lake hiking trail.
