The holiday apartment built in 1724, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a rustic and typical country style. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest and at the water the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire site. The Note: paddle boats available in limited quantity with reservation without transport service. Please bring your own sheets and towels or order at booking.
Location
Gollmitz. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot and water plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives only occasionally in a separate building on the property. The half-timbered house is a listed, functioning watermill. There are a total of 5 holiday flats: BRA UCK 001, BRA UCK 002, BRA UCK 003 (3 persons each), BRA UCK 004 (2 persons), BRA UCK 005 (12 persons). The flats have been ecologically renovated with clay walls and hemp insulation. The mill room is both a museum and a common room for parties of up to 50 people. Use of the common room is subject to a charge and must always be requested and agreed in advance. There is also a common room for 24 people with a fireplace and television. The holiday flat is not suitable for groups. With a diameter of six metres, the water wheel is the largest in northern Germany. There is a garden sauna with a hot tub. The property is surrounded by a fence and the power. A suspension bridge takes you to the bivouac. The house is right on the stream, this is called Strom. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 300 m). Parking (for 8 cars) is available on the street in front of the house.
