The cosy holiday apartment is located on the upper floor of the owner's house on a 2500 sqm natural plot, approx. 500 m from the beach on the Bodden. Access via a shared entrance. The apartment is equipped with living room (upholstered furniture, flat screen TV, stereo system), open sleeping loft via stairs (double bed), eat-in kitchen (electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini oven, dining table, upholstered furniture with sleeping function, stereo system), shower/WC, central heating. There is W-LAN, a furnished balcony, outdoor seating area, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. For anglers there is a separate outdoor kitchen in an outbuilding next to the smoking oven, where fish can be processed and prepared. (There are two further holiday apartments for two and three people in a separate holiday home on the property - DZV 413 and DZV 414). The total price includes bed linen, towels, water, energy and final cleaning and the accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 years of age.
Klausdorf is a beautiful village on the Prohner Wiek, a bottom water rich in fish in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park. The Hanseatic city of Stralsund is approx. 12 km away. There are restaurants, an information and event centre and a bathing area on the Bodden. In the district of Barhöft, 3 km away, there is a small harbour from where you can go on guided fishing trips or launch your own boats. The harbour is also used by fishermen who sell the fish they catch on site. As the local Bodden region is one of the largest resting places for migratory birds in Europe, the conditions here are ideal for birdwatching.
