Independent part of a modern two-family house in the popular seaside resort of Porto Palo, a picturesque old fishing village, located on a hill with beautiful views over the sea. In front of the accommodation a large private garden, fenced and equipped. Close to the nature reserve of the Belice estuary with many coves, small and pristine rocky and sandy beaches. The sea is about 500 m away as the crow flies and 1.3 km by car. Porto Palo offers stores of all kinds, restaurants, pubs; bars, cafes and ice cream parlors on the beach and tourist port. 6 km from Menfi (stores of all kinds); 20 km the temples of Selinunte; about 40 minutes by car from Agrigento, about 90 km from the airports of Palermo and Trapani.
